A Walk in the Woods

Happy New Year everyone .Here is my first painting of 2026. I had allot of fun with this. I didn't follow any rules . I even used black instead of mixing my black. Lol. I love birch trees . There's something about them . Maybe it's the contrast with the light and dark values side by side. This was created without a reference photo. That's what it's all about sometimes, just having fun creating and watching the process evolve.
